Welcome to the 28-Day Challenge!
A health and fitness challenge for the month of February
Following up on very popular (and successful) 28-Day Challenges over the last three years, the Wellness Committee is excited to sponsor this event again in 2014. This challenge involves accumulating points during the month of February by including some healthy eating habits and exercise into your daily diet and routine to win PRIZES!
The challenge consists of earning points by meeting daily goals of eating 4 servings of fruits and vegetables, drinking 6 – 8 glasses of water, doing 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise plus doing some pushups, crunches or sit-ups.
All staff and faculty are encouraged to participate in the 28-Day Challenge.

Prizes will be awarded for both participation and to the person who accumulates the most points (in case of a tie, the winner will be selected by a draw out of a hat). YOU MUST REGISTER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY OF THE PRIZES!
