Girls LEAD High School

Girls LEAD GirlsLEAD is focused on female leadership education and development where girls in grades 9-12 are invited to celebrate themselves, connect with others, and make positive change in the world.

Last year, the program took place bi-weekly at Montcalm Secondary School and evenings at Brescia. Any high school in London has the opportunity to host GirlsLEAD sessions and any female high school student can attend GirlsLEAD sessions for the 2011-2012 school year.

If enough interest is expressed from a particular school we will be able to offer sessions at your school for your students.

BUILD Your Future

Gain Leadership Skills, Connect with Faculty and Students, Explore Residence and Campus Life

BUILD is a weekend retreat offered on campus at Brescia for female high school students. Students will spend two nights in a residence dorm room, eat in the residence cafeteria and participate in a variety of leadership development and university orientation activities (e.g. tours) at Brescia. High school students are mentored and hosted throughout the weekend by current Student Leaders at Brescia.

This year the BUILD Program will be happening on Friday November 18th, Saturday November 19th and Sunday November 20th 2011. Please note that Saturday November 19th, 2011 is also Fall Preview Day here at Brescia.
