  • We ask that you notify the camp staff if you will be dropping your camper off late or picking them up early. We often change locations within campus and this will ensure that we will be available to meet you once you arrive

Illness

  • If your camper is going to be absent, we would ask that you notify the camp staff of their absence
  • If your camper feels ill during the day we will contact you or one of the emergency contacts to notify you and have you pick up your camper if needed

Emergency Contact Information

  • Should you need to contact the camp during the day in case of emergency, please call our general reception at 519-432-8353 and press 0, this will ensure that you are able to speak with someone immediately

Camp Programming, Schedules, and What to Bring To Camp

  • Individual session schedules will be available at this time as well

Lunch Programming and Preparation

  • A nutritious and interactive lunch program is provided with the camp registration fee. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in nutrition programming and prepare meals in the Brescia Food Labs each day
  • We are currently working to update our menu plan and programming to ensure that new campers have a great lunch experience and that returning campers are able to do something new
  • We will accommodate campers with dietary restrictions. We simply ask that you give us adequate notice and work with us if we need additional information. On occasion we have had families send supplementary items to facilitate meals.
  • Please provide as much detailed information as possible on your campers registration form and we will contact you if we have any additional questions or concerns.
