University Student Toolkit Registration
Registration opens Monday, September 19, 2011. You may continue to register at any time, until the program closes on March 15, 2012.
Please note: Registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guarantee that you will be able to attend your preferred workshop time-slots. There is no registration cap for online workshops.
Submit all completed registration forms to Kate Norton, Certficate Administrator in the Beryl Ivey Library. All questions about the Toolkit can be directed to Kate via email (kate.norton@uwo.ca), phone (519-432-8353 x28010) or by visiting her in the Library.
University Student Toolkit Course Outline - Offers workshop descriptions, detailed toolkit scheduling, and expectations for both streams of the program.
Certificate Stream Registration Form - Use this form if you intend to obtain a credit for your co-curricular transcript. Make sure to review the requirements for this stream in the Toolkit Course Outline (see link above).
Individual Workshop Stream Registration Form - Use this form if you just want to take a few workshops.
