Book a Conference Room

Brescia has meeting and conference rooms ranging from the quiet and traditional Oak Room to the Auditorium which can seat 300 guests, Students can book Brescia conference rooms for meetings and events by using this form.

Note that this is in addition to filling out the Student Event Form for your event.

* Event or Meeting Name: (A descriptive name: Council of Trustees Meeting, Psychology Symposium.).

Event or Meeting Description: Additional details about the event. (Optional)

Date and Times

Fill in the date and time for your room booking. if the room needs to be booked for multiple dates and times, you can specify the repeat information in the 'Repeat Booking' box.

Please use the Room Setup Request box for your special instructions and any additional notes.

Please indicate the following special requirements below.

This is a student event (Booking will be held until 7 days before the event. You must present the completed and approved Student Event Form before that date to confirm the booking.)
The booking is for outside of normal hours (Normal hours are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On weekends, only the Library has normal hours, which are Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm.)
We will need the piano (Auditorium Only)
We will need the sound/microphone system (Auditorium Only)

NOTE: If you would like to request that parking be waived for your event please submit the request to the Event Approval Committee at brescia.event@uwo.ca
