Women's Leadership Circle Resource Kit

One of the major resources the iWIL Community Circle currently offers is the Women's Leadership Resource Kit. This kit is currently housed, along with other resources, at The Circle Women's Centre at Brescia University College, but the work is rightfully beginning to spread to locations throughout the community.

The Women's Leadership Resource Kit is designed to support women who want to meet in a leadership circle to explore, encourage and inspire each other in moving toward their next level of leadership and community service – whatever that may be. The accompanying Guidebook outlines a format for both an informational session and the seven circle sessions.

Our growing list of resources includes:

• several copies of The Women's Leadership Resource Kit
• a Guidebook to forming and facilitating Women's Leadership Circles
• a library full of books and magazines
• a website (www.iWIL.ca)
• speakers for community groups
• "alumnae" of the Women's Leadership Circles who are available to help other Leadership Circles form.
