Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees ensures that Brescia’s operations and actions align with the University’s vision, mission and values. The Board has a variety of responsibilities including facilitating institution-wide strategic planning, conducting annual operating and capital budgets, overseeing Brescia’s annual financial audit and establishing institutional policies that align with legal requirements and best practices. Additionally, the Board of Trustees has responsibility for hiring, reviewing and setting goals for its only employee, the President of Brescia.
