Brescia’s BOLD future
Brescia University College has engaged with students, faculty, staff and community members to facilitate thoughtful discussions surrounding the University’s next five years.
The strategic planning process was launched in November, 2021, led by the President, Dr. Lauretta Frederking. Brescia's new Strategic Plan embodies our Ursuline roots with women’s leadership and education at the forefront of our goals.
Strategic Plan 2022-2027
The consultation phase is completed. Data has been analyzed to inform and create six
strategic directions:
- Brescia provides flexibility and innovation for student learning in and out of the classroom
- Brescia becomes the university of choice for students focused on women’s leadership
- Brescia participates in knowledge-making and social change
- Brescia ensures broader communities are engaged and contribute to its unique benefits and strengths
- Brescia strengthens its financial stability
- Brescia cultivates an environment of openness and curiosity around trends in higher
education that will support the long-term success of Brescia
