Defer Your Offer of Admission

To defer your offer of admission, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Accept your offer of admission for the 2024-25 academic term. Please visit this page for instructions on accepting your offer or refer to the instructions in your offer package.
  2. Complete any conditions outlined in your offer of admission to Brescia. For example, submit final official transcripts. All conditions would be outlined in your offer package. If you are unsure, please contact your Admissions Officer.
  3. Submit a written request by email to Hayley Rankin, Admissions Information Officer at hrankin2@uwo.ca by August 25, 2024 explaining your reasons for making the request to defer your offer of admission and state that you will not be attending any other post-secondary institution during the 2024/25 academic year. If you intend to complete College or University courses, this could impact your current basis of admission.
  4. Make a non-refundable payment of $225 by August 31st. The $225 will be applied as a credit to your tuition for the following academic year. This payment may be made by cheque payable to Brescia University College, or you may pay through online banking placing Brescia University College as the payee and using your student # as the account number.
     

Additional Information

Brescia students that have deferred their offer of admission who decide to attend another post-secondary institution during the 2024/25 academic year, or if you later decide not to attend Brescia during the 2025 academic year, your deferment will become invalid and your $225 deposit will be forfeited.
