At Brescia, we are committed to working with our students to offer financial assistance in addition to your savings, earnings and family support.
OSAP provides eligible students with various types of assistance based on financial need from the Ontario government. This assistance is intended to supplement student and family resources, not to replace it.
Brescia offers a number of scholarships, awards and bursaries that have been funded by donors, corporations, faculties, departments and the University. Receiving financial aid not only provides monetary support, but also recognizes the excellent work that our students have achieved.
Brescia’s Work Study Program, or Bold Works, gives students the opportunity to work part-time, gaining practical experience with a department at the University. This enhances the student’s university involvement and practical experience while earning an income.
It is recognized that students may find themselves in an emergency financial situation. If such a situation arises, students are encouraged to make an appointment with a Financial Aid Officer. Appointments can be booked through The Hive.
