Virtual CMHA After Hours Support is available for anyone in need on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5 - 9 p.m. EST between Feb. 22 to Apr. 23. Registration closes at 8 p.m.

Email your phone number to studentcrisisappointment@cmhamiddlesex.ca between 5-8 pm and an intake worker will call you. This is a free, confidential service is offered by Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) counsellors.

Criteria: Must be an Ontario resident, Western student, able to connect via internet or telephone.
