Meet DDEPT Alumni Leah Mete, BSc, RD, Zehrs Markets  

 “All of my placements were extremely different from one another, which kept me excited about going to work every day, and of course developed my clinical skill set in many different areas of dietetics. I had the chance to work in community health centres, hospitals, long term care homes, grocery stores, and family health teams, in areas including bariatrics, diabetes, management, surgery, GI conditions, NICU and pediatrics, retail dietetics, and food skill development. All of my preceptors were confident in my education at Brescia in my undergrad, so they were excited to host me as a student.”
