November 4, 2021: Zoom Enabled Classrooms

To support our blended courses, IT has upgraded all of our classrooms into Zoom enabled rooms. .

Our Zoom-enhanced classrooms are equipped with:

-          High definition camera. This camera is mounted at the back of the room and captures your               entire teaching area at the front of the room.

-          Contactless boundary microphone at every teachers podium

-          Automatic Zoom connection on the computer

This investment in technology was made to specifically address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. More specifically, should your students be required to self-isolate, this technology allows them to still attend classes if their health permits. These rooms also allow you to deliver course content in-person and online simultaneously.
