Wellness Resources

The Beryl Ivey Library hosts Wellness Awareness activities each month to provide students with support and resources throughout the year.

For many, January can feel like a fresh start with new goals for the year, whereas for others, it can feel like a long, dark month.  Our focus for this month's Wellness Awareness is on our mental health, whether we are stepping into 2024 with new goals and affirmations, or we just need some resources that provide some tools to make it through the month.

If you need someone to talk to, please don't hesitate to reach out to a professional using some of the resources under "Where to Find Help".

These resources are here for you, but they are not exhaustive.  If you know of a great resource we should include, let us know at beryliveylibrary@uwo.ca.
