Residence Overview
Life in residence welcomes you into the Brescia community by enhancing your connections with students, faculty and staff. The Residence Team is here to support you ensuring the greatest opportunity for your personal and academic success.
Clare Hall is home to 300 bold students living steps away from classes and the Beryl Ivey Library. All students in residence have access to a large community lounge and study rooms on each floor. As well, all residence rooms include:
- Built-in seven-foot floor-to-ceiling closets
- Built-in desk, shelves and window seat
- Queen-sized bed
- Ergonomic and fully-adjustable desk chair
- Portable night stand
- Wireless Rez Net
- Cable ready hook-up (students can set-up an account with Rogers)
- Sink, oversized mirror and additional under-sink storage
- Blackout blinds
Room layouts in Clare Hall:
Single Room with Shared En-suite
Cost: $10,500
Single room with a Queen size bed and shared bathroom with one other student.
Private Room
Cost: $11,500
Private room with a Queen size bed and personal bathroom. (Note: rooms are limited and will be available for students with distinct considerations).
Premium Private Room
Cost $12,000
Private room with a King size bed and personal bathroom. (Note: rooms are limited and will be available for students with distinct considerations).
