Bell Let's Talk Day

Each year, the Student Life Centre and Wellness Education Peers joins over 200 Canadian post-secondary institutions to participate in Bell Let’s Talk Day. This nation-wide initiative is designed to encourage open discussion of mental health and illness in an effort to reduce the stigma people experience with mental health concerns.
