Description: This workshop is a condensed version of UWO's Health Services' Skills for Wellness Group. The workshop will focus on skills and strategies to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings so you can be more present in your life. This workshop will invite you to reflect on your values and goals so you can do more of what matters to you.
