Description: The experience of gender-based violence (GBV) is common and widespread. Being able to respond sensitively and helpfully to a disclosure is imperative. This disclosure training first provides an understanding of GBV related trauma. Next, goes over risk-factors and warning signs. We then build upon this knowledge by introducing practical tools to build trust and respond while remaining survivor-centered.
