Laughter Yoga Workshop
Location: MSJ Auditorium
Description: High performance atmospheres like a university can create perfectionist tendencies and increase stress levels amongst students. Laughter Yoga is a great exercise for team building, peak performance, enhance creativity and employee wellbeing.
Curated by long time friends and colleagues, Gail Kavelman (Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor) and Amie Latta (Manager, Student Wellness) and this workshop will be a unique oppourtunity for students to experience the benefits of laughter. Participants will be introduced to the concept of laughter, engage in laughter yoga stretches and have the oppourtunity to share in the joy of laughter.
